Over the past two weeks, I have seen the worship teams at Cooper, Hallandale, Sawgrass, and Doral. Wow! You guys are killin’ it. The programming is smooth, the band and vocals are amazing and the energy is high. I know that I am truly blessed to be able to travel to each campus and sit out in the audience. Don’t ever forget that what you do matters. It is easy to get focused on one campus and forget that excellence is going on all around the Flamingo Road family. As I give you a hand in applause for what you do, let me remind you all that we are united. Just as a hand has 5 fingers that work together to make it all work, you guys work together to pull off awesome moments for Christ.

Sharon thank you, it’s inspiring to see you and Allen, who have carried the torch for so long, help us grow and continue to take FRC Worship to a whole ‘notha level!

Well I know that my time will come, when I can visit all of our other campuses on Sunday mornings. Till then, I’ll rejoice on the stories that I hear. Thanks for the post Sharon.
